In part 2 he spent the majority of the time discussing how to format the date and which form of address to use.

I feel that all of the material was covered in a better fashion in the reference PDF. I would have like to have a quiz or mini quiz given after each covered module. This way you could practice what you learned along the way instead of trying to study large chunks of information all at once. Also ,it would have been more beneficial to have large chunks of information broken down into smaller parts.
